Our server info has been hijacked by another?

Hi guys, we have a minecraft server at 216.244.87.245:25565. Our server information has somehow been hijacked to reflect some other server with 18 slots called BLCKSVLME or whatever. We are actually outbreaktekkit.com and have 100 slots. This is not our server showing up on our IP and Port?
