Hi, We recently switched server hosts and we wanted to keep our game tracker rank, we were told we could but for some reason it hasn't worked, is this even possible if so how long will it take?

There are a couple of options:

1. Set up a DNS address on the old page. GT will automatically update the IP address of the page to the new one when it detects the DNS has changed. (must be on the same ports).

2. Use the Migrate Stats feature on the old page to migrate the player stats from the OLD to the NEW.
