Why are servers recognizing me as RicardoMacedo777??

I am [BtK]Spqqk, but I am showing as this Guy above. How is this possible.!.!.?

But when I log in it registers me correctly until I enter another COD:BO server??

Is my acct hacked or just a false reading??
