I am the founder of a team. I can't find a way to manage the members of my team to add/remove members or change their roles.

GT does not have any way to delegate permissions for team pages at this time. You will have to contact the person who is the actual owner of the page. If you should have owner rights, the current page owner could transfer it to you.
