Starbound server with starrypy wrapper - can't change query port on gametracker?

So we recently switched to the StarryPy wrapper for Starbound.

All of a sudden, gametracker kinda stopped showing anything about the server, so I decided to try to change the query port to something else on gametracker, but it doesn't let me?

Keeps saying the ports do not match... I don't really understand why it would say this because the query port doesn't have to be the same as the game port at all......

Can I do anything about it? Or is it a bug?

GameTracker will not support custom query protocols for servers unless a significant number of servers use it.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

What I'm saying is that it may not have to. It should work just fine if I could set the query port to 21024 instead of 21025, but it somehow forces me to use exact the same port as the gameport for querying (what people connect with).

What is the server configuration option to change the query port? A link would be excellent. Please note that what I am asking for is something built into the server, not something that is the result of a modification / plugin you added.

If the plugin caused your server to not respond to queries or respond under a different protocol, it really won't make a difference anyway. Your server is not responding to anything under any protocol at my disposal.

Alright I'll accept the loss then because I don't think there's a way around it atm, thank you for your time anyway!
