I have been trying to query my server from your website, but unfortunately it cannot be reached.

I use a Bungee minecraft and not a simple minecraft (for further information http://www.spigotmc.org/resources/categories/bungee-proxy.3/). It is not a problem of firewalls, rather the version of the game which cannot be pinged.

I'm sorry, but I can't try without bungee. It must the ip the players join from, for security issues.

I believe the pining system from gametracker does not allow to have bungeecord for 1.5.2 .
