I use GameServers as my host to play “Cube World” and “TeamSpeak3. After receiving a message that I have an Active Subscription, its states that my server is not currently registered with GameTracker. As I follow the instructions to “Claim This Server”, I’m having problems changing or finding Game Type “Cube World”. It also not allowing me to “Update Scanning Parameters” or even access the server at all. Address 4.79.145.134

First off, I do not recommend posting your name and phone number in a public forum like this.
What is the join port for your TS3 server on 4.79.145.134? And the query port? GT does not currently support CubeWorld tracking so you will not be able to add it.
