My Server is ONLINE but indicates how GameTracker Status: Dead

If you can hit Update Scanning Parameters in the manage area for the servers, then it goes offline shortly after, you have one or more of these IPs blocked:
208.167.241.190 208.167.241.185 208.167.241.186 108.61.78.147 108.61.78.148 108.61.78.149 108.61.78.150 If it does not scan at all, you have a firewall issue with blocked ports.

If the firewall was HLSW not find servers.

checked all the settings of the machine and even switched machines and IP and the problem continues.
The Game Tracker reports this: Status: Dead - Ai when I click: None - Claim - Now! - Update Scanning Parameters, he reappears briefly as ONLINE

Please let me know what happens when you take the following IPs out of your firewall block list:
208.167.241.190 208.167.241.185 208.167.241.186 108.61.78.147 108.61.78.148 108.61.78.149 108.61.78.150
