Hello, now I have buyed a Ts3 srv, and I see that it is already on gaetracker. It says that is offline but the srv is online, it's working. The Ip of srv is 188.212.100.93:9987. Please do something to apear online. Thank you.

This is due to you removing the scanning permissions.
