It shows offline, rcon shows it full and clan members confirm. Is there something that needs to be updated on your or our end ? |

I followed that directions and via http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/172.241.151.90:2360/manage it wont let me update the quiery port. It says cannot scan server. Its up and people are playing on it. There was no issue till this update.

May I ask what you set the query port to and can you confirm that you opened the new port in your firewall?

27016 and our provider said it is.

Thanks for the help, I figured it out. The config files themselves didnt update on the servers send with the updated port. I changed it and it worked, thanks again!
