TeamSpeak server cannot be scanned

hello
i have a teamspeak server
and its was run fine and every thing work
but now its show here its off and the status is Dead
so when i press Update Scanning Parameters its say : Could not scan server
but the server is work fine and nothing change !
also i add all the ip to the wihtlist

so can you help me pleass
