My server info is indeed correct i have verified with the host, i have also verified with them that there is no firewall and i can login to the server fine. However GT states that it is down and cannot be scanned....

Can you post IP and port of your server?

Sorry it is still showing as down and is intermittenly going up and down .. below is the ip and port

There's no server at that address on GameTracker.

You can find the plugin necessary to allow GT to scan your server at:

Once you've set that up and adjusted your firewall on the query port you setup, you can add it on http://www.gametracker.com/servers/

This plugin is optional, but required for GT to be able to scan your server.

The plugin is installed and setup the server is up and all info is correct but GT cannot scan the server i tried to remove the server and add it back in but it wont let me add it as it cannot scan the server ... it works when it wants to this doesnt make sense ...
