This post is going to be very important. Some foreign kids are making fake counter strike 1.6 servers and setting up fake locations and redirecting players to their main server. Once we report on those server It takes 1 or 2 days to get banned from GT. Please increase the frequency of banning those servers from the GT. It's really very annoying when it takes a very long time. Those server usually add fake spectators after that they remove those fake players thus they increase their rank on GT. They won't get banned because they use fake players at night time so when admin checks that server those fake players removed. Please look into this matter seriously because it spoils the GT ranking.

I am sorry but your statement is not inaccurate.

We continue to be much more efficient in managing abuse reports. Just a few months ago, the number of CS servers was a few thousand higher. This means it's actually going down, not up as you seem to imply.

I also apologize if you expect instant feedback. We do have lives and are unable spend 24 hours per day checking servers. We average less than a day response time, which is pretty damn good. We appreciate your patience... you only need a little bit of it considering how fast we are!

We also handle reports in the morning, afternoon, evening, night.... pretty much any period of the day. We get a lot of "fake players at night!!! OMG !!" reports, and definitely take that into consideration. Also, keep in mind that everyone in the world does not live in your time zone. Considering GT is based in the US, is more than simple for us to "check at night" for the Romania and India servers... where most of the spam comes from.

We are able to handle reports quickly and efficiently, despite the mass amount of spam reports. If you are one of the users who repeatedly reports the same servers over and over knowing they are not abusing in any way, please stop. You can make us get through them even faster by only reporting servers that qualify as abusive.
