Servers with conflicting IP's

My current server "Tiny Builders Club" on Garry's mod appears to be conflicting Ip's with another online server.

My Server: http://prntscr.com/46mqhi
What GameTracker says my server is: http://prntscr.com/46mqo3

Since that server is unclaimed i was wishing the GameTracker staff could Overwrite that server with mine since this conflict is causing for me to unable to Claim my server or use game tracker banners to properly advertise my server.
