CS:GO recently updated their max players to 64. With this change, the A2S_PLAYER query will not properly function.
The server will respond to the challenge, but will not respond to the request. This causes the server to show as down when the server reaches around 60 players. Please allow basic info to be shown(player counts etc) even if the A2S_PLAYER query fails. This is a bug and has been communicated to valve, but they have not yet acknowledged the problem. |

This happens on my CS:GO server when it reaches >= 62 players. I hope eventually this can get fixed.

Since only a small number of servers would be affected by a "fix", I think it would be a bit too much effort for something that's just a temporary issue. GameTracker currently requires a proper player list in order to show player counts, as well as servers that respond to their respective query protocols. What you can do is temporarily lower your player count to 60, 59, or whatever the specific number is and still have the benefit of a large server.
