Well, I'm unable to check your profile.

Seems to work fine, can you be more specific?

An other words, when I logged out and someone wants to see my profile he will see this:

(without my background)

and when he goes to forum posts, he can see my background

P.S. As I know, 1 year ago someone could see private profiles' background.

It was always like that, when profile is private no one can see your background, but if that person search's your posts, then he can see it. Basically, you can do it for every private profile by putting url

I'll move this to the bug reports forum as a feature request for private profile settings to carry over to the forum posts page.

Background images/theme should show correctly now on the forum posts page when "Profile Viewable By" is set to "Friends Only"
