Hey.. My server has been showing as dead for several days now, and it's not. Nothing has changed configuration-wise since the server was listed on here, and we have another server on same dedicated and that server it's looks online.

Open the port in your firewall. You are blocking traffic.

And why this server http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/89.165.253.187:27015/ is hosted on same dedicat server, but this server it's look online.
