Server using DNS broken in GameTracker

I run the top 4 Arma 3 servers. Over the last 5 days we received a non-stop, brutal DDoS attack and had to change our IPs a lot. Now that it's starting to settle I've updated the IP addresses in DNS, but the ranking didn't carry over. It's very odd.

When I look at the A3 index (http://www.gametracker.com/search/arma3/) I can see that my servers lost some rank due to this, which is fine, but I also see that those rank #s they hold don't show up in the list, yet the servers are online.

The servers with the broken ranks are:

http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/us1.gaming-asylum.com:2302/
http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/us2.gaming-asylum.com:3202/
http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/us3.gaming-asylum.com:2302/
http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/us4.gaming-asylum.com:2302/

You'll see they use DNS, but it's like it somehow created 2 records for each server instead of linking back to the original that should be ranked in the top.

What are the old and new IPs? Were any of the new IPs re-added manually and did you go through the process to claim them so it would properly switch over?
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

I can't really go through the claim on the new IPs because that'd require taking the servers down and I can't do that to my community when they just got back up after 5 days and are all at capacity.

But the DNS is updated to the new IPs, so that shouldn't matter? I mean the DNS points to the proper IP, the old records just need to take over.

Seems like the US2 server did update fine, the others didn't.

Sorry, to answer your question, no I did not manually add the new IPs. I'd like to keep the same ranking they had before just on the new IP that the DNS points to. I've changed IPs before and it updated on here fine due to the DNS, but not this time.

Can this please get fixed? Losing ranking for no reason here.

I'm sorry I was waiting for my question to be answered regarding the IPs.

How do I even download the add-ons for your server I have wanted to play a lot but I never get on because I don't know how to install THE MODS.

Asylum servers don't require mods. In fact, if you have any installed you'll need to deactivate them in order to log in.
