My provider forced me to migrate my server to another ip. I can't change this setting in my manage console. Could you be able to do it for me ?

The server is shown here: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/88.191.121.243:9987

Old IP: 88.191.121.243
New IP: 195.154.121.243:9987 but it would be better to change it to ts3.bearland.fr:9987 that way, i will be able to make the change at a dns level without requiering help here.

Yep, that is correct... you can set the DNS on http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/88.191.121.243:9987/manage/ which can also be used to update the IP of the page.
