I'm not sure why you deleted your server. We do not require you to enter a motive prior to deleting it so we have no way of knowing why.

it was a many servers delleted from gametracker.com , many from Romania , and i don t know why . Do you have a solution from that , to give me the place for my server? all ip delet 89.44.246.236 89.44.246.20 89.44.246.19 |

You can re-add the servers you deleted on http://www.gametracker.com/servers/
We are not able to recover permanently removed stats. Your rank will recover within a week if it is just as popular since that's all rank looks at.
