Good day! I would like to inform you about the error. On our server not running Punkbuster screenshots. How do we fix it? IP server 173.199.67.253:25200 is Battlefield 3.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues. You can enable screenshot collection via your gameservers.com members area. If you require any assistance in getting that up and running, I'm sure their staff will be able to point out how to do it or do it for you.
Once you get it up and running, if you notice any bugs with screenshot please contact them directly. GameServers handles the screenshot feature directly.
