Wants me to rename server and resubmit. Not going to happen. If there is a way to claim it and leave the name, great, if not then thank you for your time.

The 30 seconds it takes to temporarily change the server name is the only way to claim a server. We're not willing to ask you for invoices, statements, etc for evidence that you actually own it - sorry.
