I just got my server up yesterday and I never even got the chance to enjoy it. I've been constantly looking for a way to kick/ban players from my server. If I am forced to host a spot for trolls and cheaters to come and spawn rocket launchers over and over and blow every thing up then what's the point? I won't be having a dedicated server. It's pointless. Like I said, I'm not paying for someone else to ruin my fun, and the fun of my clanmates.

Is there any one out there that can help me resolve this issue? If I can't figure this out by days end I am closing this server and account, because its pointless to have.

I spoke with Support today. They are fast and they will help you out if they can. The games themselves have separate options for admins. So that's really based on the game. But ultimately if the server has NO PK what-so-ever, you don't reserve the right to kill a guilty party. Hence, making yourself guilty as well, and the ban justified. Should always see server rules.
