I bought a server 2 days ago and i keep having problem with it (lagging, crashing) i tried multiple ways to fix it and nothing works.... i'd like a refund but i have no idea where to go for it, can anybody help me ?

If you're referring to a GT Premium server, there is an email address in the Premium area for technical and billing concerns.
