i have an americas army 3 server but it wont show up or anything and this is the stuff i have in for it

Query Port. 39300


now i dont know if thats the right query port thats the defult one it gave me. it wont let me put up my server probably because of the wrong query port. so please any suggestions?

it says my query port is wrong the server needs to be online and the firewall is too high...i dont know how to find query port, i dont know how to make the server offline to online, and i dont want to lower firewall because of viruses.
