aci said I had to delete game server and register it with the 7778 port for it to show up right as streaming to them. but game server is one who registered it with the 8777 port so need it changed to the 7778 port so it can stream to aci right.

have a small problem since you registered the new server with the 7778 port our screen shots link does not work and i have logged into gameservers and did all that but still shows no ss any idea why?

You'll want to make sure your embed codes for the HTML banner are https://cache.gametracker.com. But other than that, one would need to see an example of what you mean.

I used to have a punkbuster tab up top between server variable and favorites so i could see all the screen shots that were on the server.

Now i do not have that button and if i just changed port to this http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/68.232.169.218:7778/punkbuster

I get instructions on how to enable which I did already but still do not have screen shots there just instructions on how to enable screen shot capturing. Does that help

For the Punkbuster screenshots to work, your join port needs to match that at Gameservers. Is your join port also 7778 or is it still 8777? My understanding is the aci port can be different than your join port.

no join port is 8777 and we had you changed the game tracker from that to 7778 because aci had to have it registered with you as 7778 for the streaming to them to work right. when I do a ss check this is the link aci gives us http://screenshots.gametracker.com/massget.php?ip=68.232.169.218&port=8777 for ss check. as the path. I have put a support ticket in with game servers and they told me I had to changed it back to the registered 8777. But then we wouldn't be streaming to aci with a authorized game server. Why I had you changed it to 7778. trying to get streaming admin so we had aci scripts running. Not sure why game servers need it to be 8777. when ACI saying the 7778 port is for aapg servers and not 8777. So seems I am in a tight spot with who is right and who is wrong.

I am just wondering if its possiable to leave it as the 7778 port and have the ss back way they were if not I will live with the that link up there to get screen shots. Was just curious if there was a way to get the punkbuster button back to the screen shots with leaving the port as 7778 is all.

The Punkbuster feature grabs the screenshots via the IP and Join Port. That's why the information needs to match that at GameServers.
