l have a aapg server,tried to claim but its not working.l think l have done everything right.

All you need to do is temporarily have GameTrackerClaimServer in the server name, hit the button, then you can change it back. In some cases, you may need to restart the server for the name change to take effect.

l changed my server name to GameTrackerClaimServer, reseted it tried to claim, waited for 8 hours, but still no change.is this normal or did l do something wrong?

Does the server name match what it was previously or is that not showing up correctly either?

It is possible the page has the incorrect query port, which I can resolve if you let me know the correct information.

It is also possible that you are not changing the correct option to change the server name. I don't know what the option is for AAPG, but you can typically test server name changes by joining the server and see if it actually took effect.
