I tried to add our server but it is showing up as some server in Sweden ??

If the location flag is not correct, you're welcome to claim the page and adjust it to the correct one. Unfortunately the GeoIP database is not 100% correct.
To claim the server, find the "None - Claim Now!" link on the server page. On the subsequent page, location the Claim Ownership button. If you do not know how to claim the server, you can find instructions in the (?) near the button.

It's not just the location that is wrong. It is not showing how many players are currently in the server. The server name is wrong the entire set of information is incorrect.
Our server name is NxF PvE - nodaclan.com - (v201.5) Not Super Happy Fun Zone - (v200.5) |

If you need the query port changed, you're welcome to indicate what it should be changed to.
