Hi, I'm trying to claim my server on here but when i try to it says that my server might be firewalled. that i need to disable it, i dont have any option to disable it. not sure what to do.

Unfortunately we do not have documentation for every possible firewall on how to open ports, disable it, or whatever your preferred solution is to allow traffic. Normally they have documentation with it, so it should be possible to search that to find a simple answer.
