I would like to know if there is anyway I can have the ban repealed so?

my story of being banned is killing a squad with a D-30 and almost peer pressuring another person into shooting a car mounted rocket launcher at a friendly tank 2 meters away

Also I was banned of the reason 99 red balloons and don't understand, however it just could be me not being hip or hop with the kids these days

I'm willing to give away my rare pepe collection
