So I think I may have discovered why launching Arma 2 with GameTracker takes you to the store page.

I did a little looking around my game setup, and I found out that the appid in the command line was "33900"



This raised my suspicions, so I created a shortcut for Arma 2 with Steam, and....



The command line in there had the appid as 33910!

To prove my theory I changed the appid in the shortcut to the one shown in GameTracker



I ran it and...



It took me to the store page!

The problem was a simple typo.

This is why when certain players join a server with GameTracker, it redirects them to the Arma 2 store page.

All that needs to be done is to change the appid to 33910 from 33900 in GameTracker

I simply figured out what the issue was.
The AppID for Arma 2 used to be 33900, but it was changed to 33910.
Gametracker still tries to launch Arma 2 with AppID 33900, leading Steam to believe it is a pirated version.

Sorry for taking so long, but here's how.
BEFORE YOU DO THIS BE SURE TO MAKE A BACKUP OF GAMETRACKER
Find the folder you installed GameTracker to, and make a backup of gamelist.xml, along with another copy of it. This copy will be the one you will change, because for some reason it wont let you edit it while its in the folder. Open the copy, press Ctrl + F and find type 33900. This should lead you to the line that opens the game.. It should read:
"<run_cmdoptions>-applaunch%2033900%20%5BRUN_EXTRA_ARGS%5D%20%5BRUN_NETWORK_ARGS%5D</run_cmdoptions>"
Find the 33900 and change it to 33910 and save the xml file.
Then, take the file and replace it with the one that is already in the folder. Restart Gametracker and it should be working fine

I Did exactly what you said & nothing happened.
My short cut to the game already had
steam://rungameid/33910

Still cant play My FAV game
