7 - Cops are allowed to Restrain for there own Safety
8 - Cops cant Search Randomly
9 - 50SPD in Towns and 90SPD out towns
10 - ALWAYS holster weapons in town
11 - Do not Team kill
12 - Cops cant Stun or Arrest anyone Randomly
13 - COPS and PMC must always be on TEAM SPEAK !!!!
