The Realism Experience

Assault
Supported by a UH-1Y from the HMM-612 (REIN), a fire team from the 1st Platoon, Alpha Company, 1st Battalion (REIN), 3rd Marine Regiment engages hostile contacts to secure a helicopter crash site.


Demolition
Personnel from the 1st Platoon, Alpha Company, 1st Battalion (REIN), 3rd Marine Regiment standby as enemy air assets are destroyed with satchel charges.


Overwatch
A concealed sniper-spotter team attached to 1st Platoon, Alpha Company, 1st Battalion (REIN), 3rd Marine Regiment overwatches an operation in progress.


Extraction
A MH-60 from HMM-612 (REIN) departs from the carrier to extract 21st MEU personnel.


Landing
Two LAV-25s from the 1st Platoon, Echo Company, 3rd LAR Battalion beach on the shore in support of a 21st MEU operation.
