Hello I have bought from Gametrackers the premium server package 16 slots game server and 16 slots TS3. Tnis is for arma 3, in the 'manage' tab of my account it shows them perfectly fine, the TS3 works great. But the Arma 3 is showing live and running, how do I start it? Sorry need some help, any guidance or links would be good I cannot find anything specific to this. A noobs guide I guess, everyone has to start somewhere

If its showing as "live and running," you should not need to start it as that means its already started. However, you should see options to restart the server in your control panel in needed.

Keep in mind that GT Premium subscriptions are self-managed, so you are expected to know how to configure and run it. If you have any technical issues, like FTP is not working, you can contact support.

OK well why cannot I find my server on the Site then? I get this message:

One of the following suggestions may help you:

Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses:

I guess your not going to help me anyways,
I will terminate my subscription with game-tracker, even a link anyone if you have one to somewhere, I can self teach given the right direction to look in!

If the game does not require any configuration to enable scanning, this would be something you could contact support about since it was not working (nor automatically added) when you bought it.

Keep in mind that the reason the packages are priced so low is because they are self-managed. Therefore, we are unable to help with hands on support. However, if you do have technical issues out of your control, like I suggest, contact support.

If you are looking for a service that provides hands on support, I recommend GameServers as I have listed in my signature.

yep thought so thanks anyways I have cut my losses and signed up for a year with a managed host.
