I have an arma 3 server up and gametracker cant seem to connect to it

i asked at the provider and they said it wasnt behind a file wall and the ports are open..

There are no ARMA3 servers responding on either of those join ports.

If your provider would like, they can download a utility called HLSW (hlsw.org) and attempt to scan the server. They will not be able to scan it, unless they are scanning from an internal network or in some other way not under the same network rules as an external user.

As a basic check, you want to make sure your servers are actually using the correct IP address and port.

Based on your analysis, I don't really have any suggestions. Your server provider will need to look into their configuration to figure out what they are not doing correctly.
