All while the police have become stronger finding access to better weapons their alliance becomes larger. Followers join the squad believing in truth and honesty of the government within Altis. The police have gained new tactics in their fight. SWAT and DOD (Department of Defense) Are new categories the police have at their disposal if needed. With proper training police are one of the deadliest forces on the field. Their abuse of power and hunger for it drives more civilians to becoming terrorist. Leaving behind their past of everyday life to join the fight for freedom from the oppressive government.

While power hungry police corrupt Altis and abuse their power towards their civilians. Opfor ,Stratis's Military, comes to the rescue. Opfor's skill of military experience with state of the art weapons and armor join in the battle to take over Altis from the corrupt police and to put a end to the terrorist that ravage the land.
