Hi after I just rented a server and paid for the moneth I went ot go host it and I have been trying to claim the server and edit some of the settings but I can not as it turns out on the game server it is a dead server and im trying to figure out how to fix this. any solutions. I have tried disabling my firewall as well and that did not help at all.

also I want ot quote that I can not claim my own server as well which has been very troubling since I can not connect to the server

If it is a GT Premium server, there are a few simple options you can consider trying:

Reinstall the server (or terminate and re-deploy a server)
Contact support saying the server will not boot on a fresh install
