Join port, no. Be advised though, that rank only looks at the past week of data. If your server remains just as popular, it does not normally take long at all to get back up there.

You would be able to move player stats, though. If you're on the original page, you can send the player stats to the new server by selecting the new server in the drop down and then hit Migrate Stats. You'll want to make sure you're on the original and select the new server, because doing so in the opposite direction would wipe stats on the main page.
