I already tried adding the game manually and the launcher doesn't show. I got the game thru steam and I did select "via steam" in the options.

same here, downloaded all the mods and am trying to play the new Exile server, but GTL doesn't believe I have the game, even though I have hundreds of hours on steam... nice...

really were can i find help around here >:( their was a update to arma 3 but my C drive was too big to downloaded the reset of the update so i went ok i move 2 of my games to the my D drive bec i wanted to go on a arma 3 sever ones i waited 5 hours to play it i found out that game tracker was not finding the game anymore saying i dont have it installed anymore when duhh i did so i try to added it to the list and everything kept saying could not be found so i dont know what to do i could do the easy way out of it even tho i dont really want to but uninstall it and reinstall back on the C drive and just hope its got space thx to the other game not their but that would mean another 5 hours i bet >:(

If GT Lite did not automatically detect a game that was installed on your computer, then you will have to let GT Lite know where the game is installed on your computer. This can be done using the "Add Game" window, located in the "Games" tab of the "Settings" window.

maybe i didn't make it clear i done both ways so i turned to the forums for help so yeah i done both and still can't get it to find arma 3 and i think i might take the easy way out *sigh* can't find another way to fix it
