Howdy!
Tactical Gaming is a community of mature, serious casual TacSim'ers who have a passion for life and for the game that we love. The community is built to support that, enhancing involvement of each member so that everyone has an equal opportunity to contribute whilst learning new skills.

Practices
We train mainly on Wednesday and Sunday evenings 7pm - 9pm BST and EST, but also run opportunities to train and play with variety throughout the week. We support both US and EU with separate training on your servers for Arma 3 and Teamspeak, occasional cross training is encouraged on weekends.

Basic Training
After your application is considered (and hopefully accepted!) you will complete a Boot-camp where you will then enter an Introductory Squad, here you will learn your basic skills such as Map Reading, Communication, Advanced Movement, Basic CQB, Medical Systems, IED's and Mission Planning.

Graduation
Once you graduate from Basic Training usually after 8 practices (depending on previous experience) you will have the opportunity to digress and emphasize skills you love in a variety of different squads. Currently you have the opportunity to advanced your knowledge in: Convoy SOP's, Sniper (ACE Ballistics), Mortar (Range Cards), MOUT (Military Operations in Urban Terrain), Field Radio Operator, Anti-Tank, Grenadier, FTL and Leadership Courses We don't release our requirements to the public, but be assured they are high - every application is taken on its merits and weighed against their potential contribution to the Brigade.
