The 75th Ranger Regiment would like to announce it's creation of a new battalion for Battlefield: Bad Company 2. The 75th Ranger Regiment is a longstanding Realism Unit formerly based only in DoD:S, presently known as the 5th Ranger Battalion [5th RB]. In addition to our expansion into BF:BC2 we would also like to invite everyone to be a part of our public community. We'd also like to announce our start of recruiting process for members in our BF:BC2 division, the 1st Ranger Battalion.

We have a long history of excellence as a Realism Unit in DoD:S as the 5th Ranger Battalion and look to build upon that as we move into BF:BC2. The 75th RR is a Realism Unit and as such we operate differently than most clans. We model ourselves after the present day 75th Ranger Regiment. This means we utilize a chain of command and realistic ranks, strategic and team oriented gameplay, structured training programs for both individual as well as team skills, as well as many other exciting features. With this expansion to BF:BC2 we have re-designated ourselves as the 75th Ranger Regiment, comprised of a battalion in both DoD:S and BF:BC2, the 5th RB and 1st RB respectively.

For those of you that purchased the game through steam you should also join our public members group. The <a href="http://steamcommunity.com/groups/75thRangerReg">75th Ranger Regiment Community</a> is a public steam group that I encourage all you BF:BC2 and DoD:S players to join. This group will give you access to important announcements regarding our servers, events, and perks available to public players. You may also add me to steamfriends by adding the username "danknation". I hope to see many of you join our public group and enjoy our servers in DoD:S or our server in BF:BC2 come launch day.

I hope to see many of you enlist with us at 75thranger.com. And whether our Unit is right for you, or not, you will love our public community. We offer public ventrilo channels for you to relax and play in as well as tons of forum games and topics. Our servers enforce strict rules based upon maturity, team gameplay, fairness, and respect for other players. If you prefer a more mature gaming experience, then the 75th Ranger Regiment is right for you.
