im from Germany and im trying to join the gametracker server. But in the server list from bc2 aren’t the servers listed. How i can join the server from this site ?

No clue what you're attempting to say.

1) Not all servers have been added to the GameTracker database and server owners may change the location flag of their server page as GameTracker does not enforce server locations.

2) BFBC2 'join buttons' are not supported by the GT Lite client due to various technical issues;

Copy your server name from GameTracker server list and do a server name search in the in-game server browser/list. I hope you have such option.

here you can see that i dont have all the server from gametracker in my server browser. On the Serverlist from Gametracker i can see much more full server.

GameTracker has like 150 BC2 servers? And Germany has like 50 BC2 servers here. All those were tracked because someone manually added them to GameTracker and this site does that quite well since it's the primary function of this website. Since you are from Germany, according to the screenshot you provided, I suppose your in-game server browser is only showing you the servers with the least ping. In other words it will hide all other servers, except from Germany and nearby locations. So try other server list filter options in that game browser.

Plus, EA master servers are completely responsible for listing all the servers in your in-game browser. So any faults on their end needs to be fixed. Also there are cracked servers like Emulator Nexus so those might be getting blacklisted in EA's servers. I can't play this game in my PC because I'm poor so I don't really know, just trying to give you some hints about the issue.
