just got my server can some one help me how do i change maps and how does the admin work

ALL YOU NEED IS A RCON TOOL I USE PROCON FROSBITE NOT THE BEST BUT WILL GIVE YOU SOME OPTION IF YOU HAVE ANY ? HIT ME UP ON MY TEAM SPEAK IF YOU DONT HAVE THAT YET JUST DOWNLOAD TS3 MY IP IS 173.208.123.250 PORT 7910 IF THERES ANY THING I CAN HELP WITH JUST LET ME KNOW
