Who moderates this forum and why do you constantly remove posts?
I replied to a guy's post last night and now the post has dissapeared??
Why is that?? There was nothing offensive in it or anything.

I am the moderator. If it does not follow the rules or is irrelevant, it is removed. For example, if the post is about being banned from some server, complaining about an "abusive" admin, not posted in English, spam, or just plain irrelevant they are deleted so the numerous threads I have to delete don't clutter useful information. I don't remember what your post was about.
