Is your server online?
Is the firewall properly configured?

I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

I have same problem! What do u mean "Start-up files".
By the way, onother stat portals claim my server!

Joined: Jun 17, 2011 Posts: 4	The start-up files is a file that will be loaded anytime your start your R-con tool up and automatically input those files. If you use Gameservers, log into your members account/admin panel.
Click on CONFIG
Choose file: scroll down to startup.txt, click UPDATE
Click Advance View, scroll down to serverName"Name of your server"
Change name of your server to "GameTracker" click Save Changes.
After server name changes on GameTracker, follow same steps to go back in and change your server name back.
