Dude If You Need help Populating your server here check out this Company after ordering a Server they will put as much idlers bots for free as you need. Thats How i have started my server and to be honest it runs pretty smooth now.
Almost 24/7 ofcuz there is a time where we were low on people but at least people knew my server existed. here is a link.

As i Said for a 1st month they will put up to 6 bots for free.

Don't feel bad if your server has a hard time attracting traffic, my clan's server was actually shut down a couple weeks ago because for months it sat nearly empty.
The way I see it, if you want traffic the server has to be Karkand 24/7 on the 64 player sized map. my two cents
