I just noticed this a few days ago and i was wondering if anyone knows what it means?

I'm going to go out on a limb, and say that it means they are connected to the server, but have not joined the game yet. It means that they are still on the loading screen idle. Once they click "join game", it will go away. When Gametracker updates of course.

Bots are computer controlled players connected to the server. Real players can be incorrectly detected as bots if the server has an issue and reports a player back in a certain way.
