Hi. For somereason our server is showing 0/64 players for the last couple of hours and there are players in there. Can you guys please look into this, thanks

What changes did you make for this to occur? I am currently trying to scan this server on HLSW but it is not working properly. The player count seems to be correct in the response, however, the actual player list is not returned.

There may also be an issue with your incredibly long host name that is reported back:

(Note: the ____ represents a long string of spaces)

We haven't changed anything. Everything is the same as it was when we created the server a few months ago. The host name has not changed, it's been that long for months. It just started this this morning when I noticed it was not tracking the players

The same thing is happening with my units DoD:S server. Nothing has changed and ever since this morning our server has been 32/32 and its displaying 32/32 in the players field but in the online players its just saying "No Players Online".

Your problem is you have to claim the server before it will show what players are in your server, click on the claim this server thats your problem. My problem is its not even showing how many players are online period its showing 0/64 when we have players in the server

The developers who work on the GT site work regular business hours like many. I am sure they will see the bug report threads in the bug report forum during the week. However, in your case, I am not sure those reported bugs have anything to do with your server not reporting players.

No it works without claiming the server. You only need to claim the server to track the top 10 players etc so your problem is the same as mine.

No my server shows no players on my server 0/64 your shows you have players in the server 32/32

Well its not reporting anything but that its online so when someone searches our server they are seeing 0/64 players when there are players in there. Its nothing to do with my side nothing has changed in the last 6 months are settings everything are still the same
