I'll post a reply. I have had the same exact problem the last few days as well.

I am running AIX on my server, and have been running it only a week or 2. I, as well as 5 other players were all kicked out of the Karkand Stormfront map game just last night.

I have since put on the TNG2 maps in the rotation, and have taken out all the default maps that come with AIX. I have not had any problems yet. I will keep my fingers crossed.

zznova, let me know what you do and if it works for you as well.

It's the NWM maps that i get kicked from...although i am able to play some of them(most of the time)
If i'm able to play around,the game ends and i'm looking at my desk top.
i will try to re-join,but get kick back to desk top.

I re-installed the aix 1.0 to 2.0 patch and that seemed to work but not for long. (still get kicked)
thats about the only thing i tried,have no other ideas to try.

merc41 whats the IP for your sever? i'll try and join yours and see if it happens there too.

Have you had the same problems with the standard aix maps? The ones that came with the aix mod when you go the server? Those seem to be the ones that are bothering me.

At least with me and my 2 close friends that have played on mine, with the standard maps, we get kicked off the server at the same time and the server does not reboot. Really strange stuff...but we can reconnect. I have been kicked 2 times in one game before as have my friends. SO I put nothing but the TNG2 maps on yesterday evening. We played half of the tng2 maps and didn't get kicked one time...very interesting for sure.

Let me know if you have any problems on my server. You will need the TNG2 map packs however...as I don't have anymore of the aix maps in rotation.

O.K. here's what i've come across,
for one thing you need to know what the HELL your doing,me not so-much.

I went to the SFUclan web and read up on the prob.
There is the update and 4zip files that need to be done/place in the AIX/levels,I did not have these,this done.

and got the files,of course this is where i got all the NWM maps and alot of others i didn't have. (I'm sure your smart enough and knew\did this allready)

side note:

I do have all the TNG maps (hopefully) and plan of stoping by,if your in and see me pls feel free to change maps to the NWM's at anytime.
nwm hells canyon is the one i get KTD,even when i tried to play single player,but that was before i did the above mentioned now that i think of it.(HMM)

update:

played all the KGB and NWM maps in single player,all worked fine with ther exceptions of:
CLEAN SWEEP 2......( i get the: you must select a map prior to createing a server.)
SPIKEY MOHAWK .... KTD,not sure why this one still kicks me,but the update and zips files where the main problem i had.(meaning i'm able to play hells canyon now.)
AS for online , have played most all the maps no prob..just waiting for the rotation to get to the ones i still get kicked from.

There you have it,my lame attempt to be helpful.
Merc41,i'll start setting SAT. aside to play on your server,unless you have another day that would better suit you. (i'm game anytime,,i'm Central time))

Well my friends and I played on my server last evening for about 4 hours. Went through a few maps (all TNG2) and didn't have a single hick-up. No server crashes, no getting kicked, nothing. Was just wonderful. I think I will be sticking with the TNG2 maps for a while.

I do have a complaint about bf2cc..what a piece of junk! You set it up with the maps you want...all that stuff and when you start the server, it freezes up..so you have to reload bf2cc, then you notice that it didn't even start your mod of choice, even though you had it selected to do so OR the mode of play is opposite of what you picked. It took me 45 minutes yesterday evening to get my server up, and running with the tng2 maps I selected in coop mode. OH well.
