I cannot remember my password in game, so i had to retrive password, but it tells me that a system error occured, so i cant retrive it...
How should i move on?

I would recommend contacting the official game support for BF2142. If I recall correctly, BF2142 uses an EA account. Their account system has changed over the years. Sometimes logging into your account from a website will resolve those types of problems.
